Delivery
Shipping within mainland UK is via a next day service, and this is usually facilitated by Royal Mail. Overseas orders are delivered via the best and most-appropriate-to-you international couriers, and in normal circumstances will be delivered within 7 - 14 days of dispatch.
Orders placed online for UK delivery are usually delivered within 4 - 7 working days. We also offer both a 24 and 48hr delivery option where your order will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days.
UK shipping fees
All orders are delivered by courier in the UK, with goods usually delivered 4 - 7 working days after your order has been placed. Delivery prices are as follows.
- UK (Mainland) Standard: £8.99
- UK (Mainland) Express: £16.99
International shippiong
ll of our international shipping is by courier and orders are usually delivered within 7 - 14 working days.
- International Standard: Approximately £45.00
Incorrect address
Where items have been returned to One Up Golf from one of our couriers due to incorrect shipping details, or uncollected from delivery depots, this will incur a £3.00 non refundable carrier processing fee, as One Up Golf does not accept any responsibility where items are undelivered due to incorrect shipping details, or uncollected. Please note that we cannot refund outbound postage costs attributed to the above mentioned returned orders. If you request re-delivery, this will incur an additional postage charge.
